GCARS is made by fuzziqer. He's a cool guy, so you should be nice to him.
GCARS, by loading it to the Gamecube, using one of several methods, allows one to play Gamecube games online versus other players. These games require scripts. I decided I was interested in making scripts. Also, it would be nice if that stuff was organize, hence the page.
In order to use these backup files, you must use ctr-gcs. I have the program backed up on my account (if the original author does not like it, then I can take it down and make a link to his site instead. As it stands now, I have no idea where I got this program).
